Influence-Hers™ focuses on the providing solutions to clients whose primary focus is women, 35 years or older. We will, from time to time, work with clients on projects targeting younger age segments, therefore, if you are female and 18 years of age or older, we welcome your registration.

What does it cost to join?
There is no cost to join the Influence-Hers panel.

How do I know what sessions are being held and when they are being held?
Upcoming sessions, by areas of interest, are listed in the Influencer-Hers section of the web site. If you are already registered for a particular area of interest, you will be invited to join the session. If you are not registered in the area of interest, you can modify your profile and you will be invited to join.

How much time will it take?
Most sessions will last 30 minutes to 1 hour in length. If we anticipate the session being longer or shorter it will be noted on the session invitation.

Do I get paid to participate?
Yes, however some groups may be compensated by free products or services by the session sponsor. At the time of session registration, you will be notified of payment options and you can decide to participate or not.

What if I want to participate in more than one area of interest?
You can choose as many areas of interest as you like. We do ask that you have direct experience in the product or service area and in some instances we may have to decline your participation due to the topic. For example, you have registered to be “on call” for topics relating to Pets. Our session is about cats and you have a dog, it would disqualify your participation.

Why are you asking me my age, and other personal information?
As you know, products and services are designed for certain age groups and it is important for our clients to learn what works for one age group and not for another. In addition, the needs of some products and services may have very different requirements due to race and ethnicity factors. For example hair or cosmetic product requirements would be different for African American or Hispanic women versus Caucasian women. PLEASE REST ASSURED, INTERPRET-HER DOES NOT SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO ANY CLIENTS. ANY DATA THAT IS GATHERED IS ONLY SHARED IN THE AGGREGATE, MEANING THE RESPONSES AS A PERCENT OR NUMBER IN COMPARISON TO THE ENTIRE GROUP.

Can I ask my friends to join?
Absolutely, we welcome your friends; in fact, we know best friends share everything so we hope that you tell your friends, family members and co-workers about the Influence-Hers group.

I belong to a social group, we are all about the same age, can we join as a group?
We love working with groups of close friends or groups that have something in common. For example, a Women’s Investment Group, or a Women’s Travel or Women’s Book club. All we ask is that you make sure when each member of your group registers that they enter the EXACT same group name on the registration form, that way we can be sure to search for each member by the group name on the registration form. As a group, you can elect to be compensated as a group or have compensation given to a Cause of your choice.

Can I change my topic interest?
Yes, and as often as you like. All you need to do is go to the Update My Account section once you have logged into your account.

What if I don’t want to participate in a session that I registered an interest for?
This is not a problem; we of course want to hear from you and hope that you find, the sessions both enjoyable and informative, but we realize that you are busy and will not be able to participate in all sessions.

How does the panel actually work?
We have two types of panel discussions. The first type is very much like participating in an on-line chat or instant messaging session. In order to participate, you must have Internet access and an email account. You will provide input during the group chat session by typing your questions, answers and comments at your keyboard. The ability to be on the phone while on line is preferable, but not absolutely necessary. Prior to this type of session, you will be invited to go online at a particular time and date.

The second type of panel discussion requires a high-speed line so that graphics may be presented along with dialog. You must have either DSL or cable modem capabilities PLUS the ability to be on the phone to allow for dialog. You will be emailed instructions several days before the session. Participating in this visual, interactive type of panel requires that you download a program, and/or go to a third party web site in order to participate.
