Her business and consumer solutions are strategic, practical, and tactical – designed to reach her client’s mission critical goals of understanding, attracting and keeping their most valued asset – their customer.
Terri began her career at one of the Southeast’s premier medical teaching facilities where her communications team served the Medical Education and Corporate Communications needs of female-driven services such as: a Breast Health Center, Diabetes Clinic, Day Surgery Center, Women’s Birthing Center, and a Cosmetic Surgery Program. While working in a national medical advertising agency and a healthcare consulting firm, she led teams of specialists which provided ground-floor planning and strategic development for Product Line Marketing activities for many premier for-profit companies such as Humana Corporation, HCA and Charter Medical Center and implemented programs for leading healthcare institutions such as Mt. Sinai, Long Beach Memorial, New York Hospital and Georgia Baptist Medical Center.
Her attention turned to Technology where she served as the Director of Marketing and Sales for a software division of Paramount Communication. There, her Sales, New Product Development, Marketing, Training, and Creative Services teams implemented strategies driven by the voice-of-the-customer. Upon the sale of Paramount, she returned to the agency world, where she quickly rose to SVP of Interactive Services for a division of J. Walter Thompson. Her accomplishments at JWT included the creation of two centralized web and new media service units that served Microsoft, Federal Express, Tenet Healthcare, CSI, Dell, Maritz Travel and a host of other top Fortune 500 clients.
Her interest in the women’s market is guided by her desire to better the quality of women’s lives, at home, at work and in society. As a long-standing member in the “working women’s club”, she knows that value and quality are what women want. Her key goal is to help clients develop reputations for being recommended often.
